Conduct assessments and therapy for children ranging from toddlers to school-aged children and teenagers. Provide guidance and caregiver training for parents and caregivers, use creative and fun therapy methods, lead or participate in new programmes and initiatives, and lead, guide or collaborate with teachers in an Early Intervention Programme. Participate in professional development activities, organise in-house training for junior staff, grow together with a young company, and take a genuine interest in the well-being of clients. Requirements include a minimum Degree or Master's in Speech and Language Pathology, at least 1 year of paediatric speech and language therapy experience, full registration with Singapore's Allied Health Professions Council, and the ability to name at least 3 different dinosaurs.
