Bayleaf FM is looking for a hands-on Specialist Cleaning Operative to join a small, high-performing team delivering premium specialist cleaning services. The role involves planning and delivering specialist cleaning jobs, supervising a team of two, acting as the main point of contact on site, and ensuring each job is completed safely, efficiently and signed off by the client. Duties include carpet cleaning, hard floor cleaning, internal and external window cleaning, high-level dusting and deep cleans. Candidates need proven experience in these areas, strong attention to detail, confidence communicating with clients, a full valid UK driving licence, the right to work in the UK, and the ability to work days, nights and weekends with advance notice.
