The drehpunkt youth leisure facility in Graefe-Kiez is seeking a pedagogical employee for 30 hours per week from 1 July 2026. The role involves building reliable relationships with young people, supporting participation, and working with a socially oriented and holistic approach. Requirements include a qualification as an educator or social pedagogue, interest in professionally grounded educational methods, basic knowledge of Word and Excel, curiosity, reflective ability, and experience working with young people, ideally girls and young women.
