Provide wine consultation at the table and bar in line with the menu and season, curate and develop the wine list with the team, host tastings and winemaker evenings, and train service staff on wine fundamentals. Experience in hospitality or the wine trade is required, while sommelier training or equivalent expertise is a plus. Genuine guest focus, including availability for late shifts, and fluent German are required. English is a plus.
