Lead each camp with poise and skill, ensuring the program and team meet Camp Doodles standards. Manage day-to-day operations, lead assemblies and events, provide ongoing feedback to the team, and communicate with parents daily. College graduates with previous camp experience are preferred. Site Directors are age 25 or older and hold at least a college degree. The role requires the entire 7 to 9 consecutive week camp season, all-staff training, and camp set-up and clean-up. Total compensation is $1280 to $1500 per week, including safety and performance bonus.
