Lead camp operations, assemblies and events, provide ongoing feedback to the team, and communicate with parents daily. College graduation and previous camp experience are preferred. Site Directors are age 25 or older and hold at least a college degree. The role requires the full 7 to 9 week camp season, attendance at all-staff training and camp set-up and clean-up, background checks, First Aid and CPR/AED certification or the ability to obtain it, voluntary disclosure and health statements, and at least two references upon request. Total compensation is $1,280 to $1,500 per week, including safety and performance bonuses.
