London Mobile Gadgets LTD T/A iRepair Zone is seeking a full-time Shop Supervisor for its London store on a 40-hour contract. Reporting to the Store Manager, the Supervisor leads by example by delivering excellent customer service, providing feedback and coaching to the sales team, opening and closing the store, and running the store in the Store Manager's absence. Responsibilities include supervising retail and repair personnel, overseeing merchandise presentation, recruiting and training staff, assessing performance, managing inventory, coordinating staff timetables, supporting sales objectives, resolving customer enquiries and complaints, enforcing health and safety protocols, and managing day-to-day sales floor and back office operations. The role requires a passion for customer interaction, attention to detail, prioritisation, time management and organisational skills, teamwork, excellent communication, constructive response to feedback, and proficiency in Excel and Outlook.
