The role involves overseeing daily shop operations and staff performance, managing stock, inventory and supplier orders, maintaining hygiene and food safety standards, handling customer enquiries and resolving issues professionally, and maintaining sales targets and financial records. Applicants should have previous experience in retail or hospitality management, strong leadership and communication skills, the ability to multitask under pressure, and a basic understanding of POS and inventory systems.
