Manage the day-to-day running of the shop, including opening and closing, managing workflow, training staff, enforcing operational guidelines, assisting with staff rosters, invoicing and banking, liaising with Head Office, and stock control. The role requires highly motivated and dedicated individuals who are success driven, able to work under pressure, passionate about fashion and flexible to work across a seven-day roster. Requirements include at least five years of experience in a similar fashion retail position, customer service skills, English speaking, writing and comprehension, and computer skills. Fashion or tailoring experience is a bonus.
