Manage the day-to-day running of the shop, including opening and closing, managing workflow, training staff, enforcing operations guidelines, assisting with staff rosters, invoicing and banking, liaising with Head Office, and stock control. The role requires a highly motivated, success-driven individual with a passion for fashion, the ability to work under pressure, and flexible availability across a 7 day roster. Applicants need at least 5 years of experience in a similar fashion retail position, customer service skills, English language skills and computer skills. Fashion or tailoring experience is a bonus.
