Manage the day to day running of the shop, including opening and closing, workflow, staff training, rosters, invoicing, banking, liaising with Head Office and stock control. The role requires a highly motivated individual with a passion for fashion, a drive to meet and exceed targets, and flexibility to work across a 7 day roster. At least 5 years of experience in a similar fashion retail position, customer service skills, English language skills and computer skills are required. Fashion or tailoring experience is a bonus.
