Shift supervisors are responsible for assisting the store manager in executing store operations during shifts, directing partners to various workstations to ensure Starbucks standards are met, and executing store operations while assisting trainees. Starbucks is looking for people with a minimum of one year of customer service experience in a retail environment, high levels of energy and enthusiasm, and strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a responsible, passionate and committed team.
