Pure Green's Service Team Members, also called Cashiers and Smoothie Technicians, greet guests, create smoothies and acai bowls, operate the POS register, and deliver personable hospitality. Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the store, learning the menu and dietary information, following food safety and quality standards, restocking supplies, managing online orders and pickups, resolving guest issues, and informing guests about the loyalty program. Team members may be cross-trained in different positions and report to the General Manager and Store Lead. Desired qualities include food, restaurant, team, or customer service experience, a positive can-do attitude, adaptability, collaborative communication skills, a commitment to hospitality, and accountability.
