ATC Security is looking for service dog handlers to patrol BVG underground areas with a trained protection dog. Duties include patrolling with a security team, assisting passengers, enforcing applicable rules, de-escalating conflicts and working with colleagues to reduce potential risks. Applicants must have verifiable service dog handler qualifications. De-escalation training, a first aid course and fire safety assistant certification are required, but can be obtained internally if not already held. The role offers four 10-hour working days per week with fully paid breaks, input into the duty roster, 26 days of annual leave and a collegial working environment with flat hierarchies. A private home for the service dog is required. German is required, as is a qualification under Section 34a of the German Trade Regulation Code.
