Join the casual staff pool as a service employee paid by the hour in the Imi Bar and/or Brasserie. Duties include serving international restaurant guests, managing your own service station, actively selling drinks and food, handling guest and business payments, preparing resources for smooth service, ensuring high guest satisfaction, and following HACCP hygiene standards. The role requires initial experience in a comparable position. Brasserie staff need à la carte experience with food and product knowledge. Bar staff need initial mixology knowledge and an interest in bar culture and current trends. Charm, social skills, authentic friendliness, guest-focused service, knowledge of wines, spirits and food, composure during busy periods, responsibility, communication skills in German and English, with French advantageous, independent working, flexibility and a high willingness to work are expected.
