Lead end-to-end WFM, payroll and HCM implementations, upgrades and transformation initiatives. Facilitate requirements workshops, design and optimise workforce and payroll processes, provide functional system support, conduct testing, data validation and payroll assurance, and advise on compliance and best practice. Collaborate with clients, vendors and project teams, deliver training and go-live support, and act as a trusted advisor. The role requires 5+ years of experience in workforce management, time and attendance, or payroll operations, experience configuring or implementing WFM platforms such as Dayforce or equivalent, a deep understanding of modern awards, EBAs, and Australian and New Zealand pay conditions, and demonstrated end-to-end system delivery experience from discovery through post-go-live support.
