Due to an internal reorganisation, Myspace is looking for an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator / Sales Manager to help grow a dedicated sales department in its established Islington office. Duties include handling vendor and buyer enquiries, ensuring regulations are followed, overseeing internal procedures and systems, building vendor relationships, pursuing new business, organising and attending valuations, providing market insight and expert advice, preparing property advertisements and descriptions, arranging photographs and floorplans, recruiting, training, motivating and managing a team, and assisting with the smooth running of the office. Candidates should have a minimum of three to four years' experience at senior negotiator level or above, be experienced with valuations and comfortable managing people. The role requires motivation, enthusiasm for property, a target-driven approach, good communication and customer service skills, excellent organisational and time management skills, and a smart, presentable and professional appearance.
