St. Nicks Alliance is seeking a full-time Senior Real Estate Project Manager for its 2 Kingsland Ave location in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. The role owns and drives multiple affordable housing projects, including new construction and rehabilitation, through inception to stabilization, reporting to the Director of Real Estate Development. Responsibilities include pursuing development opportunities, leading RFP responses, sourcing and negotiating financing, building financial models, evaluating due diligence, managing project execution and risk, developing project schedules, selecting and managing development teams, coordinating with government agencies and senior management, engaging community organizations, mentoring project managers, managing construction meetings, resolving construction issues, approving change orders, and preparing monthly reports and requisitions. A master's degree is preferred, or a BA or BS with 5+ years in a related field and substantial experience in real estate development, urban planning, architecture, construction, finance, property management, or community development. Candidates should have affordable housing program knowledge, strong analytical and quantitative skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects independently.
