Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer and based in the Dublin office, you will manage and grow the corporate and private partnership client base, supporting client longevity and excellent customer experiences and outcomes. Responsibilities include sourcing new referring partners, maintaining long-term partner relationships, maximising referrals, managing partner queries, recording prospect information in the CRM, introducing clients to Clear Treasury, demonstrating the company's offering, sharing market and industry knowledge, adopting different sales methods and channels, developing cross-referral relationships, maintaining expert knowledge of FX services and markets, liaising with marketing on partnership materials, and attending tradeshows and events. The role requires a minimum of five years' experience in the FX industry, strong knowledge and passion for financial markets, effective communication with senior decision-makers, a positive and entrepreneurial mindset, and flexibility across sales channels.
