Cleantech Law Partners is seeking a senior-level attorney with significant experience in renewable energy and cleantech law to join its growing legal team. The role involves serving renewable energy project developers and cleantech companies across matters including renewable energy project development, general counsel services, financial arrangements, power purchase agreements, regulatory matters, solar leases, real estate agreements, green building construction documents, intellectual property, renewable energy grants, corporate sustainability policies, and global climate change issues. Ideal candidates have at least 7 years of in-house, big firm, or equivalent experience, a JD from a top law school, significant portable business, an entrepreneurial spirit, exceptional client service and professionalism, and a passion for renewable energy and clean technologies.
