Required skills include Hevacomp calculations, manual heat loss and heat gain calculations, ventilation calculations, ductwork and pipework sizing and system design, heating and ventilation plant selection, comfort cooling design, water services and drainage design, specification interpretation, contractors proposals, site surveys, service coordination, production of hand marked drawings for CAD production and estimation, and CAD alterations.
