Lead and contribute to national and international airport master planning and airside design projects, with a focus on user needs, stakeholder alignment, operational performance, and innovative client solutions. Responsibilities include conducting demand and capacity analyses, defining infrastructure requirements, developing project scopes and conceptual layouts, preparing and reviewing Airport Master Plans and Airport Layout Plans, applying simulation and analytical tools, coordinating with clients and stakeholders, mentoring team members, and supporting business development. The role requires a degree in aeronautics, aviation planning, architecture, civil engineering, or a related field, at least 10 years of relevant airport planning experience including project leadership, strong analytical and conceptual design skills, stakeholder engagement and project delivery experience, excellent communication and presentation skills, and fluency in German and English.
