Eyzenberg & Company is seeking experienced professionals with prior origination and placement or execution experience. The role involves originating, structuring and closing $5 million to $150 million debt, equity, C-PACE and ground lease financing opportunities, with institutional quality execution, analytical and placement support. Responsibilities include originating capital raising mandates, managing client relationships, collaborating with origination and transaction teams, managing the placement to closing process, and marketing proprietary mortgage banking products. Qualifications include 5 or more years of experience with a proven origination or placement track record, existing relationships with real estate principals, experience prospecting and closing new business, transaction and client prescreening skills, capital markets knowledge, familiarity with complex capital structures, strong communication and presentation skills, and a commitment to collaborative personal and professional growth. The position is based in the Miami and NYC offices, with remote work available elsewhere. Compensation is a progressive commission structure with no salary.
