The role involves complex investment and development valuations across commercial, industrial, retail and mixed-use properties, asset valuations for financial reporting, client advice on market trends and property strategies, mentoring junior valuers, preparing valuation reports, presenting findings and developing client and industry relationships. Applicants must be Certified Practising Valuers with API membership, extensive investment and development valuation experience, financial reporting valuation skills, a bachelor's degree in Property or a related field, strong analytical and report-writing skills, excellent communication, negotiation and client management abilities, knowledge of the Sydney property market, and a proactive, team-oriented approach. RICS membership and a Master of Applied Finance are highly regarded.
