The role involves heading up interior design projects, developing and presenting design concepts, space plans and material selections, collaborating with architects, managing client relationships, mentoring junior designers, delivering projects on time and within budget, and staying current with industry trends, innovative materials and sustainable design practices. Applicants should have extensive industry experience, at least 5 years in a senior role, a degree in interior design or a related field, proficiency in AutoCAD and Adobe Suite, strong communication and presentation skills, leadership ability, a strong residential design portfolio, and knowledge of building regulations and sustainability standards. Experience in Revit and Fholio is a bonus.
