Full-time, 37.5 hours per week, split between Morrama's Hackney office and working from home. Responsibilities include leading design projects, making key project decisions, presenting work to clients, and supporting and mentoring junior team members. The role requires involvement in projects from research to completion, collaborative working, proactive time management, project leadership, thoughtful consideration of detail, sustainable design, and ongoing professional development. The ideal candidate has at least 6 years of industry experience, competence in translating ideas into 3D CAD using surface and solid modelling tools such as SolidWorks, Rhino and Grasshopper, experience with rendering tools including KeyShot and Blender, experience leading projects and working with suppliers and junior team members, and an understanding of the latest AI design tools.
