Barnes Harrild & Dyer Solicitors is seeking IAAS accredited Senior Caseworkers to join its expanding team. The role supports the continued high demand for immigration, asylum and human rights services, with a particular focus on detained casework. Applicants should have accreditation as an IAAS Senior Caseworker at level 2 and a minimum of two years' experience in Legal Aid asylum work. Experience with immigration detainees and Public Law work, including Judicial Review applications, injunctions preventing removal, and unlawful detention or false imprisonment claims, is desirable. The firm offers ongoing bespoke training, peer support, opportunities for development and promotion, flexible and remote working, and a bonus scheme subject to performance and set targets. Salary is £25,000 to £35,000 depending on experience, qualifications and whether IRC work is performed.
