Provide clinical leadership for a multidisciplinary team delivering evidence-based psychological and therapeutic interventions across BUSY Health Services. Duties include supervising provisional psychologists, leading cognitive behavioural interventions and psychological assessments, providing clinical support and quality reviews, developing training packages, contributing to clinical governance and business development, and supporting practitioners to meet clinical KPIs. The role requires at least 3 years of senior clinical leadership and management experience, extensive supervision and clinical guidance experience, strong assessment and evidence-based intervention skills, knowledge of Australian mental health policy, excellent communication and relationship management skills, and flexibility to work across multiple sites. Applicants must be registered as a psychologist under the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law Act 2009, and be registered or eligible to apply for registration as a supervisor with the Psychology Board of Australia. Practice endorsement or eligibility for a clinical or educational psychologist registrar program is preferred.
