Harry Holding Studio is seeking an experienced, multi-skilled Senior Garden Designer / Landscape Architect to lead high-end residential and commercial projects from concept through detailed design to on-site delivery. The role includes managing client, contractor and supplier relationships, line-managing and mentoring designers, and travelling on projects across the UK and internationally. Applicants should have a degree, diploma or equivalent qualification in garden design or landscape architecture, 6-8 or more years of experience delivering high-quality projects in practice, excellent design ability, strong horticultural and planting knowledge, proficiency in Vectorworks, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite and Google Workspace, project management and mentoring skills, a clean UK driving licence, and the right to work in the UK. The studio offers a competitive salary dependent on experience, discretionary bonus with profit share possible, 25 days' holiday plus bank holidays and birthday leave, flexible hybrid working with a minimum of two days per week in the Notting Hill studio, company laptop and phone if required, enhanced CPD and training, studio research trips, and room to grow within an ambitious design studio.
