Help design, build and scale Archa's platform across frontend and backend systems. Duties include building backend services with Python, Django and Django REST Framework, developing frontend applications with React and TypeScript, designing and consuming scalable APIs and data models, writing clean and well-tested code, debugging production issues, improving system performance, participating in architecture discussions and code reviews, operating services in GCP and Kubernetes, and collaborating with product and commercial teams. Applicants should have 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, at least 3 years of Python experience and at least 3 years of React and TypeScript experience in production environments, plus experience with Django, Django REST Framework, RESTful API design, relational databases, Docker and Git-based workflows.
