XCO2 is seeking a Senior Environmental Consultant to join its growing team of specialist low-carbon consultants and engineers in its London office. Responsibilities include project management, delegating work to intermediate and junior staff, supporting resource planning, leading client-facing projects, maintaining client relationships, overseeing and reviewing team output, advising on relevant industry standards, British Standards, Building Regulations and the UK planning process, developing new client opportunities, and supporting proposals and scopes of work. The role requires strong technical ability, ownership, commercial acumen, a proactive approach, professional maturity, organisation, clear communication, industry presence, and experience working with architects and clients, attending design team meetings, and delivering quality work on time and on budget.
