CONCEPT X is seeking a Senior Designer to develop and implement cross-media design for brands, campaigns and digital projects, with a focus on corporate and employer branding. The role requires strength in concept development and design strategy, confident use of Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator and After Effects, productive and reflective use of AI tools, and the ability to present concepts and use storytelling internally and externally. You will develop concepts and implement them yourself in a small, ambitious team. Part-time work is available at 38 hours per week, with locations in Rheine or Koblenz and home office possible.
