Lead and undertake the design, delivery and evaluation of activities predominantly within selection, assessment and organisational development, working with clients at a senior level. Support colleagues across the business, contribute to strategic issues and provide guidance to a team of psychologists, particularly entry level and early career consultants. Build new customer relationships and partnerships, grow and retain existing client relationships, and help define WPG's long-term strategic goals and future business offerings. The role offers hybrid home and office-based working, with offices in Derby and London. The team usually meets face-to-face around four times per month, and some UK travel is expected in line with client requirements and business needs.
