Deliver Hot Shots group lessons, adult sessions, green ball and hard ball squads, and private lessons. The role includes approximately 28 to 30 hours per week of on-court coaching and 8 to 10 hours of off-court management, including junior competition management, school programs, membership and venue leadership. Candidates need to be Tennis Australia Coach Members and hold a current Working With Children Check. A Junior Development Qualification or Club Professional qualification is preferred but not essential. The role requires a passion for tennis and working with children and adults, alignment with Vida Tennis values, strong professional relationships, organisation, initiative, creativity and a commitment to learning.
