Lead civil engineering design for large-scale data centre and infrastructure projects from concept through delivery, ensuring solutions are practical, efficient and buildable. Work with clients and internal stakeholders on master planning, site feasibility and earthworks strategies. Mentor junior and mid-level engineers through guidance, review and coaching, and lead technical delivery, reviews and client engagement. The role requires a degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent, Chartered Engineer status or progress towards chartership, proven experience delivering civil engineering design for large, complex projects, strong knowledge of earthworks, drainage, external works and infrastructure design, and an understanding of relevant codes, standards and regulatory requirements.
