Lead your own mandates end-to-end, from the first confidential conversation to settlement. You will own a portfolio of 8 to 12 active seller mandates, run confidential marketing, buyer qualification and information memorandum preparation, lead valuation discussions and negotiate structures with buyers, shepherd deals through due diligence, contracts, lender approvals and settlement, and represent Boston Brokers externally with accountants, lawyers and business owners. The role requires 5+ years in business brokering, M&A, corporate advisory or equivalent commercial experience, a track record closing transactions in the $500k to $10M range, strong judgement, low ego, confidentiality, and confidence leading difficult conversations. An existing network across accounting, legal or banking in Victoria is a bonus. Melbourne, hybrid.
