Based in San Francisco, CA or New York, NY, this full-time role supports project and systems design and consulting services. Responsibilities include managing multiple projects, coordinating with clients, architects, engineers and studio staff, overseeing schedules and deliverables, participating in theatrical systems design, preparing CAD and Revit documents and specifications, reviewing shop drawings, supporting business development and maintaining project confidentiality. The role requires 7+ years of AutoCAD and Revit experience, experience with SketchUp, Rhino and Adobe Creative Suite, knowledge of theatrical lighting power and control systems, familiarity with audio, video, communications, rigging and stage machinery systems, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a creative studio environment. The position includes occasional domestic and international travel, with a primary Monday to Friday schedule and nights and weekends as needed for project deadlines. Salary is $95,000-$105,000.
