Join the growing Professional Indemnity team in Glasgow, advising professional clients and insurers on case strategy, claim and cost reserves, insurance coverage, complex claims, insurer reports, relationships, service level agreements, court cases, ADR and business development. The role also includes supervising less experienced team members, delegating and monitoring workload, and managing complex cases. Candidates should have a minimum of 8 years PQE, ideally in Professional Indemnity, although strong litigation backgrounds will be considered, together with strong technical and legal skills, initiative, confidence managing a varied caseload, communication skills, attention to detail, excellent academics, and a willingness to develop legal knowledge.
