Burke Law Group seeks a senior associate or counsel with 7+ years of experience for its Litigation and Administrative Law practice. Qualified candidates will have experience in complex commercial litigation, including trial preparation, researching and drafting briefs and investigation reports, leading and managing discovery, preparing for or arguing hearings, preparing for or taking depositions or witness interviews, and challenging regulatory enforcement actions and agency regulations and other federal and state agency actions. Large firm experience, solid academic credentials from a top-tier law school, and an entrepreneurial attitude are required. Amicus and appellate brief drafting would also be relevant. Bar admission is required, along with superior academic credentials and excellent writing, research, analytical, and communication skills.
