Join Nature as a seasoned insights consulting leader with over 10 years of experience. Lead a top-performing team, develop people and consulting skills, manage client relationships and accounts, design foundational and complex studies across brands, products and services, develop proposals and deliver impactful pitches, provide strategic advice through client reports, manage the team pipeline and GM targets, and contribute to Nature's culture and B Corp initiatives. The role requires a relevant degree, experience in insights, category or revenue teams, evidence-based consulting across multiple client projects, people management experience, strong client retention and business development skills, and a solid conceptual understanding of research methodologies and statistics. Experience with studies such as U&As, choice modelling, pack testing, innovation and concept optimisation is desirable. Qualitative experience is a nice to have but not essential. Familiarity with Q analysis software is useful, but a strong ability to find the story in data is more important.
