Join Macpherson Kelley's Commercial team in Adelaide, with the role also available from the Sydney or Melbourne offices. You will provide legal advice to aged care and retirement living providers, including advice on regulatory compliance with the Aged Care Act and Retirement Villages Act, as well as general commercial advice. The role offers hands-on experience, ongoing mentorship and collaboration with the Adelaide Commercial team. Applicants should have a minimum of 5 years PQE at Senior Associate level, demonstrated commercial law experience, strong problem-solving and communication skills, attention to detail, confidence engaging with clients, and a commitment to outstanding client service. Experience in aged care, retirement living or health is desirable but not essential.
