Heritage Architecture is seeking a hands-on Senior Architect to lead a team through design and documentation from schematic design through construction phase services. Candidates must have experience leading teams and managing medium-sized projects, 12 or more years of experience, and at least 5 years of experience as a senior architect. Requirements include excellent design, technical, written, and verbal communication skills; proficiency with building codes, standards, and permitting; experience coordinating engineering and specialty consultants; technical specification and construction sequencing knowledge; a BArch or MArch; and proficiency with AutoCAD, Adobe, and Microsoft Office Suite. Professional registration is strongly desired. Higher education experience is strongly desired, and affordable housing experience with New York City housing agencies is a plus.
