The Designers Group is seeking a Senior Architect/Interior Designer with expertise in designing Senior Living communities to join its New York City office. The role involves developing and producing design and construction documents from Concept Design through Construction Documentation, collaborating with design, technical, and management staff, and engaging consultants to address design and coordination issues. Applicants should have a professional degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field, at least 5 years of experience designing Senior Living Facilities, strong AutoCAD and Revit proficiency, 3D modeling experience with Rhino and SketchUp, proficiency with Microsoft Office and project website programs, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines. Proficiency in Revit, Rhino, Dynamo, 3D Studio Max, V-Ray, and InDesign is preferred.
