Lead architecture and design projects while developing young talent, organising the team and representing the company externally. Duties include responsibility for project planning and delivery, including budgets, schedules, quality and progress monitoring, coordinating team tasks, leading design, detail and execution planning, preparing project status and review reports, mentoring and evaluating team members, improving team processes, and independently handling planning and subject areas. Requirements include an architecture degree, knowledge of technical and regulatory requirements, CAD and BIM skills, experience in quality, cost and time management, presentation experience, strong German language skills, and at least 5 years of professional and leadership experience.
