Culloden Primary Academy is seeking an inspirational and highly motivated SEN Teacher to start in September. The role involves carrying out professional teaching duties, planning and delivering lessons for pupils with communication and interaction needs, assessing and monitoring pupils' specific SEN needs, and working as part of a team to secure the best possible outcomes. Applicants do not need previous SEN provision experience but must demonstrate a thorough understanding of SEN, hold a degree or equivalent, understand effective strategies for pupils with significant SEND communication needs, and plan lessons effectively for groups and individual pupils. Successful teaching experience across primary, secondary or both, strong subject knowledge, and the ability to teach across other subject areas are required.
