Corpus Christi Catholic Primary School is looking for an SEN learning assistant and a teaching assistant to join its outstanding two form Catholic Primary School in Brixton. The roles involve working with individuals, groups and whole classes, and planning programmes of learning for children with additional needs, or undertaking training in this area where appropriate. Applicants should have GCSEs at level A to C in English and Mathematics, an NVQ Level 2 or 3 or equivalent, enthusiasm and commitment to children's learning and wellbeing, and a commitment to bringing out the best in children. Teamwork and flexibility, excellent communication skills, and excellent planning and organisational skills are required. This is a fixed term contract from 1 September 2026 to 31 August 2027, for 30 hours per week during term time only. The salary is £29,808 to £30,654 full time equivalent. An enhanced DBS check and social media checks are required for the successful applicant.
