Run Shell service stations as a self-employed Retailer, delivering consistent, top quality customer service and managing a broad offer including fuel, EV charging, car care, convenience retail, car and jet wash, parcel pick-up and drop-off, and home delivery. Shell is looking for ambitious, business-minded people with excellent customer service skills, strong leadership and people management experience, financial acumen, and ideally experience in retail, convenience retail, grocery, forecourt operations or running their own business. Applicants should be self-starting, motivated, driven to succeed and hold a full UK driving licence. Potential earnings are between £65,000 and £80,000 per annum for a cluster of six sites, with possible additional earnings for exceeding targets and controlling costs. Earnings are not guaranteed.
