Run Shell service stations and help deliver excellent customer service across fuel and EV charging, car care, convenience retail, car and jet wash, parcel pick-up and drop-off, and home delivery. Shell is looking for ambitious, business-minded people with excellent customer service skills, an understanding of the customer journey, strong leadership and people management experience, financial acumen, retail or business management experience, a self-starting and motivated attitude, and a full UK driving licence. Potential earnings are between £65,000 and £80,000 per annum for a cluster of six sites, with possible additional earnings for exceeding targets and controlling costs. Earnings are not guaranteed.
