Run Shell service stations as a self-employed Retailer, delivering customer service and managing a broad offer including fuels, EV charging, car care, convenience retail, car and jet wash, parcel pick-up and drop-off, and home delivery. Shell is looking for ambitious, business-minded people with excellent customer service skills, an understanding of the customer journey, strong leadership and people management experience, financial acumen to drive profitability and manage costs, and ideally experience in retail, convenience retail, grocery, forecourt operations or running their own business. Applicants should have a self-starting, motivated attitude, a drive to succeed and a full UK driving licence. Potential earnings are between £65,000 and £80,000 per annum for a cluster of six sites, with additional earnings possible for exceeding targets and controlling costs.
