Run Shell service stations as a self-employed Retailer, providing customer service across fuel, EV charging, car care and convenience retail, including car and jet wash, parcel pick-up and drop-off, and home delivery. Shell is looking for ambitious, business-minded people with excellent customer service skills, strong leadership and people management experience, financial acumen, ideally experience in retail, convenience retail, grocery, forecourt operations or running their own business, a self-starting attitude and a full UK driving licence. Potential earnings are between £65,000 and £80,000 per annum for a cluster of six sites, with additional earnings possible when targets are exceeded and costs are controlled.
